R&R has always maintained a close relationship with the Las Vegas marketplace as a result of the close ties the company's founder, Russell Dazzio, has maintained with the city as a result of being raised there. As the oldest son of one of Las Vegas's "Pioneering Families", Dazzio was exposed at an early age to gaming by way of his father, a well respected casino executive, whose gaming acumen paved the way for Circus Circus's transformation into Mandalay Bay Casino Resorts. Upon graduating from UNLV's first hotel program at the age of 22, Russ decided to follow in his father's footsteps and became one of Las Vegas's youngest casino executives.

After garnering valuable gaming experience at the Stardust Hotel and Casino, he was lured away from Las Vegas by an attractive offer to join the Sheraton Corporation, a move that eventually lead to the formation of R&R.

A recent flurry of projects has allowed R&R to enter Las Vegas's dynamic business environment and strategically positioned them for participation in casino related hospitality ventures.
