Lions Gate Hotel & Conference Center
- R&R was selected in 2001 by McClellan Business Park LLC to
assist them in creating a master development plan for a former Air
Force
Base they aquired in Sacramento, CA. McClellan partners intended
to convert the base into a Business Park and R&R was tasked
with identifying facilities located within the 3,300-acre site that
could
be adapted into hospitality venues. As the managing partner for the
hospitality portion of this business venture, R&R provided technical
services that covered conceptualizing what use the venues would be
assigned and orchestrating the design elements for the overall project.
R&R fulfilled all duties associated with Lions Gate in 2004
and no longer has any management affiliation with
the project. |

R&R created a master plan in 2003 for one of the
last remaining commercial sites in Marin County, California. The
City of Novato received R&R's master plan presentation and is still
in the process of determining a long range plan for their site. |
