MARTIN MALK

Mr. Malk is a strategic associate of R&R, responsible for company wide finance and accounting.

Martin Malk is a Certified Hotel Administrator and CPA, with 10 years of public accounting and 23 years offinancial management and business experience in the hospitality industry. Malk has an excellent reputation as an outsource Chief FinancialOfficer/Controller who delivers fast solutions for complex and/ordisintegrating situations.

Prior to becoming a strategic associate of the R&R's Rapid Response Team Mr. Malk worked at the world-renowned Hotel Del Coronado, San Diego, California for 19 years where he served as CFO and Chief Administrative Officer. He was responsible for revamping the hotel's financial management, information technology and purchasing divisions, and achieved record profitability levels. He assisted the owners' with the due diligence process resulting in the $330m sale of the hotel in 1997.

From 2000 to 2003 Malk has served on the executive committees during assignments with Radisson, Wyndham, Holiday Inn. Mr. Malk is an avid "Spokesman" for the Hospitality Industry and has addressed seminars, convention presentations, and is often quoted in financial management articles published in hospitality industry publications. He has served on the finance committee of the American Hotel & Motel Association, and on a subcommittee to update the uniform System of Accounts for Hotels & Motels.

In addition to his hotel experience, Malk also is an experienced Chief Financial Officer in Technology-Related Businesses. He has served as interim CFO for an explosive-growth, venture-capital funded computer school in Silicon Valley where he acquired valuable knowledge and experience in using the Internet to deliver training and educational content. Prior to this activity, he filled the role of CFO for a publicly-held biotech and nutrition company, with responsibilities for all financial reporting, fund-raising, working with senior management to identify strategic partners, and dealing with investors and investment banks. Malk's Education and Affiliations includes, Certified Hotel Administrator, a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant, Member of California CPA Society and American Institute of CPAs.
